Helping #TeamBreathe runners understand their air pollution exposure

Air quality matters even more when you have asthma or a lung condition. It can affect how a run feels, when you choose to train, and whether you feel confident exercising outdoors. Ahead of the London Landmarks Half Marathon, Air Aware Labs gave Asthma + Lung UK’s #TeamBreathe runners access to AirTrack Premium. The idea was to help runners see the pollution they were actually exposed to on their own training routes, not just a general air quality score for London.
