Michael Pan

Michael Pan is our Asia Growth Adviser. He is a seasoned Investment Banker and China Specialist with deep expertise in corporate strategy and cross-border transactions. He serves as Chief Executive of China Ventures, a London-based strategic advisory firm providing China-focused investment banking and strategic counsel, with a strong focus on the global technology ecosystem and assisting startups in scaling operations within China. Mr. Pan is also Co-Founder and Executive Director of the China UK Business Association, facilitating bilateral trade, investments, and strategic partnerships between China and the UK. Mr. Pan holds a postgraduate degree in Global Business Strategy from London Metropolitan University and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
